At GoSoftwareBuy, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and a worry-free shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 180-day product guarantee on eligible purchases.
Physical Product Returns
If you receive a new, unopened physical product and wish to return it, you may do so within 180 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges, once the product is returned and inspected.

If your return is due to a GoSoftwareBuy shipping error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement via upgraded delivery. Refunds are processed within 2 weeks and issued to the original payment method.
Digital Product Returns (Electronic Delivery)
All digital returns undergo manufacturer verification to ensure the license key has not been activated or tampered with. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Retail Licenses: No return fee if verified as unused or inactive.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Open Licenses: Non-refundable. These cannot be returned or deactivated.
- Activated Keys: Once a product key is activated or attempted to be activated, it becomes non-refundable.
Subscription Products
For subscription-based software such as Office 365, we require a 60-day cancellation notice before renewal.
